Land-Clearing / Felling Services
Bought a plot? We prepare it for the foundation. Our clearing crew handles brush and tree felling, stump removal, plot levelling and pre-build site preparation — offered to our buyers as part of the purchase journey, and to any landowner who wants their plot working instead of overgrown. Quoted per plot after a free site visit.

For property owners
Hand us the keys and keep your weekends. We take a property from inspection to handover.
Free inspection
We visit, measure and photograph the property, and tell you straight what it will let or sell for.

Screening & viewings
We run viewings and screen enquiries, so you only meet people who can actually pay.
Agreement & handover
Terms papered, money receipted, keys handed over — and we remain reachable afterwards.
