S&Y Ibro Ventures is a Kaduna-registered real estate agency — RC 9658554 — operating from No 2 Testimony Plaza, Congo Street, Barnawa Shopping Complex. We started the way most trusted businesses in this city start: by handling one person's property as carefully as our own, and letting the referrals do the marketing.
Today we work two tracks. On the rentals side we let and lease single rooms and two-room sets, self-contains, two to four bedroom flats, and shop or container spaces in the markets and plazas where trade actually happens. On the sales side we handle land and estate plots, duplexes, estate homes and farmland — from a half plot in Kujama to a hillside duplex in Guzape, Abuja.
Every property that carries our name has been stood in, measured and checked: ownership or landlord authority verified, documents sighted, water and power confirmed, and the price tested against what the street is actually paying. If we would not put our own family in it, it does not go on the board.
